I can't believe our sweet girl is 5 months old! Time is flying by so fast. She keeps getting smarter and smarter! I stay amazed at the things she does. During month 5 she got her 2 bottom teeth!! She had one pop through on Saturday, November 9th and the second one popped through on Sunday, November 10th. She loves when we rub them and she loves to sit in her highchair and chew on cold teethers.
You can't really see them in this picture, but she was VERY proud of them!
Like most babies, Callaghan loves to play peek-a-boo. This month she has learned how to mimic me and Jack. When we blow on her cheeks, she will lean down and blow on ours. When we kiss her, we will say "mmmmmmmmmwwwwwaaaaaaaa" She will then kiss our cheek and say "aaaa" It is really cute. She has also learned how to play peek-a-boo herself. She will grab the blanket and throw it over her eyes. When we say "Where's Callaghan?" She will yank it off really fast and die laughing. She cracks herself up!!
Callaghan and Rocky have also become best friends this month. She LOVES seeing the dogs. She gets excited whenever they lay beside her or walk by. Romeo won't have anything to do with her, but Rocky likes to kill her with kisses. It is really sweet because he will just sit there and let her pull on his eyes and throat. Oh the things he will do for love. :)
Below is her first time sitting in a buggy. She sits in buggies and high chairs at restaurants.
This is the part that breaks my heart a little bit. She likes to grab the bottle from me and hold it herself. Where has my little baby gone?!
