Amish Cinnamon Bread

Mendy made this bread a while ago and brought me some to work. I loved it and begged her to make it again. So, she made it for breakfast the morning that we did the Walk for the Cure. I thought that it would be great to make for New Years. It is easy and feeds a lot of people. The starter is also simple to make.
Starter
1 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Day 1: Receive Starter (or make your own)

Day 2: Stir

Day 3: Stir

Day 4: Stir

Day 5: Add and stir 1c flour, 1 c sugar, 1 c milk

Day 6: Stir

Day 7: Stir

Day 8 and 9: Do nothing

Day 10: Add
1 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Take out 3 cups and put 1 cup in 3 containers for 3 friends. Now add
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 c. plain flour
4 eggs

Add one at a time and mix well after each. Grease and sugar either bundt pan or two loaf pans. Sprinkle dough with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
